**bleep** Mobile Phone Coverage

I have a SIM card as part of phone deal which I have In an Iphone. 

I can make a call out & receive it sometimes but it just keeps cutting off.

Why does this happen?

I have tried the SIM in another Iphone & the same thing happens.

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the delayed reply and the coverage issues. 

 

I've checked the system today and can see you spoke to the team after posting and we've sent you a new mobile SIM. I hope this has arrived and everything is fixed as I've also checked the local networks near you and everything is fine on that side.

Yes the Sim card has turned up, so will be trying that when I get time.

What instructions do you have?
