I received a sim only contract with Virgin recently after leaving 02. I have spoken to Virgin about activating my new sim with my current phone. I was told it would be activated by midnight 5th July. My phone still isn’t activated and I can’t receive calls or texts from either SIM card since moving over my existing number with the PAC code.
When I try to set up my phone with the current Virgin sim I can’t get past the iPhone welcome screen as the sim still isn’t recognised. I’m still asked to contact my provider.
