account suspended after paying bill

I missed a payment on my bill, and have had my account suspended. I've now made the payment, but have been waiting over 48 hours to have my account reactivated. 

I was unable to call the virgin customer service, as my account was obviously suspended.

any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear your phone still hasn't been re-activated after you've made the payment, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved.
