accessing a Blueyonder account on a new Huawei P Smart
I have been trying to access my blueyonder emails via my Huawei Smart Phone. I have tried a manual set up and have received the message "Couldn't open connection to server". I have tried both "imap.blueyonder.co.uk", and "imap4.blueyonder.co.uk"
I have also followed the set up process as defined on the Virgin Website "How to add an email account on my Huawei P20" - but this results in the message "Your name and password is incorrect" (using " imap4blueyonder.co.uk" - server status). I have revalidated my Virgin password, but continue to get the same message.
What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do?
I have had no problem setting up access to Outlook.
