Your new Virgin Media eSIM profile - No Service

I just received the email to move onto a new eSIM profile.  Completed the steps, added the profile, now I have no service.  How long does it take to activate or start working? Whatever the correct terminology is.

Once I clicked activate on the Virgin Mobile Account pages, it was instant....

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your Activation.

It can take up to 24 hours for your SIM to be activated, so please keep an eye on it and let us know how you get on. 🙂
