You have dialled an incorrect number

Hey,

When I try to ring my friend on a different network, it says that I have dialled an incorrect number, but it’s their number, that has connected before when I was with o2.

I have tried talking to a phone agent and tried troubleshooting options on these community platforms but to no avail.

Can you help please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue getting through to your friend. 

  • When calling anyone else, do you get the same issue? What network is your friend on?
  • When they call you, does the number come up the same or something different?
  • Do you know if they are having issues with other people trying to contact them too or is it just you?
