No they said they would send out a form to escalate it. I'm just saying they should call me back once they bother to check I am telling the truth

If the complaint was to be escalate it would have been done when you were speaking with the agent. 

 

Did the agent advise what they were doing with the complaint?

I bought this last week they said I bought the wrong product I went through the process to buy 12gb of data for £12 and the system recognised my home address was already a virgin customer and said because of this  we can give u this deal for £8.........
