X3 data allowance not showing

Morning, bought my daughter a sim only deal to take advantage of the x3 triple data allowance and when I check the data left on her app it only shows the original 4gb. Please help

Just been onto customer services who where about as much use as chocolate fire guard. I signed up for the 12 pound for 12gb deal and during that sign up process when I entered my address the system recognised that my household is  already a virgin customer so it said because of this we will give you the deal for 8 pounds. This is not  the case and the system has signed me up to a lesser tariff. I basically got told I was lying about this and the system isn't flawed but they can't repeat the signup process as I have to see I'm right.

I hope they will check the system and come back with an apoligy and uphold the deal the system gave me
