I’m trying to get a phone deal and when i reach the part where it gives me the direct devit details and put everything in it then says
Sorry, it doesn’t look like we can go ahead with your order right now.
whats the reason? I checked my credit score and its good too. Is it because of Monzo?

Have you been able to get this resolved since your post?
We aren't aware that Monzo accounts can be a problem, but if this message is still occurring for you I'd recommend giving our sales team a call directly where they can help further.
Their direct line is 0345 600 0789 or 789 from a Virgin mobile SIM - I hope this helps.
