Hi,
I've just switched to Virgin and have used wifi calling with previous networks with no problems.
I've followed all the help links and reset the iPhone etc to no avail, the problem varies between being unable to make any wifi call to a call where I can't be heard.
Can a Forum member check whether wifi calling is enabled on my account please?

I'm finding that WiFi Calling appears not to be activated on new accounts Virgin's end.
Hopefully one of the team here can sort that
