iPhone 10. Switched to virgin as tesco mobile doesn’t have wifi assist.
unable to access wifi assist- on in settings, tried on/off and restarting phone .
was on initially so not sure what’s changed. Been away with excellent wifi and frustratingly unable to make calls as no mobile reception.
thanks for any suggestions

If this is a new Virgin contract you may well find it is not switched on their end.
We have had a number of posts where that has been the case.
