Hi, I have just got a pay monthly sim from virgin and wifi calling does not work.
It is turned on in phone settings (Samsung S21 Ultra)
Does it need to be turned on by virgin?

Yes, it needs turning on in your account as well as the phone

Sorry to hear you've had some problems with Wi-Fi Calling. As mentioned by enlli, this does need to be activated on our side as well as your device. I'm going to drop you a private message, so I can activate this for you.
