Wifi Calling Stopped Working

So after having it switched on a cople of weeks ago (I've just moved to Virgin) I was waiting for a call all morning at work (I work in basically a metal box) and  was told my phone was switched off. 

I've noticed that my Wifi Call isn't working. I've toggled it on and off and restarted phone but it just isn't working. Phone is iPhone Pro 12 Max and nothing has changed in the last three weeks.

I need wifi calling! Pleae help.

To confirm, is the WiFi calling active in the device settings?

Sorry I didn't get a notification for this message. It came back on of it's own accord. Yes, Wifi calling was active.

It seems to have happened again. Wifi calling seems to switch off randomly and I am missing calls. Can you have a look into it please?
