Hi, have read all the posts so probably need a PM to sort this.
Phoned the lovely customer services and went through everything.
Switched recently from Voxi to Virgin, wifi calling worked before. Settings all ok, reset network settings, rebooted. Still no WiFi calling. Apparently I’m on the right tariff, only pay monthly contracts work for WiFi calling although this needs to be checked.
not a virgin phone (iPhone 11 pro from Apple) but is not linked to any other network.
be grateful for advice as signal so poor where I am, need the WiFi calling.
