WiFi calling issues on ported numbers

Hi,
How did you get this working?

I moved from EE last week. WIFI calling worked on all 3 of my devices, I ported my number to Virgin on the 24/09 and since then I can't get WIFI calling working. They have said it's been enabled now but still no luck.

How did they manage to fix it or what did you tell them?

What devices do you have?

Each mobile network has their own version of WiFi Calling, and it's quite possible for it to work on one network but not another due to lack of support for one version in the device.

So the Apple devices should work as long as the latest carrier updates and software updates are installed.

Neither Poco or Oppo devices are support for Virgin Mobile's WiFi Calling - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/wifi-and-4g-calling

Unfortunately none of the devices are working including the Apple phones which are all updated to the latest available os.

I think as some of the previous people have said it's an issue at Virgin's end.
