WiFi Calling Not Working (Nothing 1 - A063).

I've got a Nothing 1 - A063 and use dual sim.

Personal - O2 sim (WiFi calling / texting works perfectly).

Work/business - Virgin sim, same settings as O2 (WiFi calling / texting doesn't work).

What am I doing wrong? 

Is it the device that's at fault? 

Does WiFi calling & texting not work on Nothing 1 - A063?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Don't worry - this is something we're able to help out with from here. To confirm - have you ever had WiFi calling activated by our team before? Usually on the first instance, we need to activate it this side. This could be the reason why it's not working at the moment. 

If not - just let me know and I will be more than happy to get this activated for you.
