Hi,

I have what seems to be a common problem: I've just moved to a rural area and the mobile coverage is not good. I have WiFi calling enabled on my iPhone XS, but it is not working. Ive toggled the Wifi call enable button and powered my phone off and on. I think I need Virgin Mobile to enable it on their end. Help please?

I should add- my phone's software is up to date.

It needs switching on at Virgin's end for it to work

It's not enabled by default

Welcome to the community forums. 

Sorry to hear that your WiFi calling is not working. Can you confirm that you are able to send/receive imessages and are able to use other calls and SMS on your phone?

Hi,

I am able to use my phone as normal, except sometimes I have no bars, or up to two bars. When I have no bars, I cannot send texts/imessages, nor make or receive calls - just as when you are in an area with no coverage. Since this happens in my house, I would like WiFi calling to be enabled so I can just use my working wifi connection while at home.

My phone works as normal anywhere else.

I am sorry to hear WiFi calling is cutting out, what phone do you have please?
