Why have i been charged twice in the same month for virgin protect phone insurance?
I started a new mobile contract last month. I have phone insurance from virgin protect which is meant to be £6 a month. My new contract came into effect on 10th June 2019. On that day I was charged the £6 by virgin protect. Today 2 weeks later, 26th June 2019 I have been charged £6 again by them. Does anyone know why? Thanks
