What network am I using ? I’m sim only

I’m trying to find out what network virgin is using. I have a sim only contract on a iPhone 11 plus

You need to do a manual search in your mobile network settings. If EE shows in the list of networks you will be on Vodafone. If Vodafone appears in the list you will be on EE. Then select virgin of course or back out of the settings page.

Hey @Puck6669,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post on our forums.

If you have a sim card with ourselves your network would show as Virgin on your handset but we actually use the EE and Vodafone network to run our services.

If you have 4g you will be our services over the EE network and if you have 5g this will be provided over the Vodafone network.
