I've returned my phone but cant' track it as I don't know the returns postcode. Googling comes up with noting, various forums all say contact customer services. Customer services wont' come back to me. I've raised a complaint.
I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE POST CODE!
I have never dealt with such a difficult company - I have absolutely no faith that my return will be dealt with correctly, and am trying to get ahead of the inevitable 'We haven't received it, the package is damaged, we don't know what you're talking about'.
Please, please please, just give me the post code so I can ensure the package is tracked, my contract is candled, and I never have to deal with Virgin again.
