What does a tariff 4 X data mean?

Sorry, this is probably a really stupid question but I'm no good with tech.

I've recently purchased a pay monthly phone with 20gb of data , however I have just received my contract and it says '5 GB of data, with tariff 4 X data'. What does this mean? Am I still entitled to 20gb of data each month?

So just to clarify on this that would be your 5GB SIM's data x 4 to make it 20GB.
