Web safe on mobile bug

Hi all, I'm having the same problem as a few others have had on here in the not-too-distant past. I have a virgin mobile only account, so no virgin media at all, but virgin media Web safe is blocking my access to some websites. Its not a parental control issue because that is all switched off and because I don't have a virgin media account I can't alter the settings there.

Can anyone help?

Have you checked the websafe for your mobile on your online account?

 

Have you also checked this feature which is on some handsets? 

 

What type of websites is it you're accessing?

I cannot access anywhere on my online account for safe search as on mobile only account.
The safe search is from virgin itself not my handset.

Strange as don't have virgin media account only mobile.

So there is a websafe option for mobile accounts, when you go onto your online account there should be an option to access this and change the settings. 

 

Are you OK to have another look through and see if you can locate this?

If you are talking about parental lock that is off like the other issues I linked above. All them had their issues sorted by private message
