Waiting contract acceptance

So I applied for a new mobile contract 4 days ago and have still not had a reply whether it has been accepted or not 

What's going on 

Has anyone had this issue before

If you are getting this message "Thanks for your Virgin Mobile order. Unfortunately we need a little more information to continue with you order. " You may need to speak with the team directly to have it completed or redone. This can be done by phone 0345 6000 789 or by text service 07533016422.
