Hi, new to virgin mobile, my Wi-Fi calling does not work when connected to my home virgin broadband, when I am out and about no problem but as soon as I come home the indicator disappears all the settings are right. Any idea

Hi, yes I have the virgin connect app installed, by indicator I mean the words Wi-Fi calling that appear in top left of the screen when connected to Wi-Fi calling

What happens when you try to make a call? Do you get any error messages or are there any 'beeps' at all?

Calls are connecting via 4G but reception is poor, I've taken to using whatsapp calling as this provides a much clearer call
