I'm on holiday in Greece. Cannot access my voicemail to check messages. Is there anyway I can rectify this here. Cannot seem to be able to phone virgin mobile to speak to someone.

Welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for your first post.

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to access your voicemails abroad. This is most likely because you wouldn't have set up a voicemail PIN prior to leaving the UK. It's no problem, we can get one set up for you if that's the case so you can continue to access your voicemails.
