Voicemail pin

Hi I’m currently abroad and need to listen to a voicemail but it’s asking me for a pin? 
I’ve never set a pin before? 
please help how can I reset this?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with accessing your voicemail while you're away.

Usually, we would ask our customers to set up their voicemail PIN before leaving the UK. However, if you have been unable to do that before your travel, we can help set one up for you.
