I can't access my voicemail, says pin not correct, but is the only one I've ever used.
Eventually spoke to someone on 789 who reactivated voicemail, but pin not accepted what do I do next?

Really sorry you're having an issue with your Voicemail pin, this isn't good.
So when we reset your Voicemail did you receive a text message to confirm the new pin?
If so is this the pin you used which isn't working?

Thanks, eventually, when voicemail unblocked the pin worked and I was able to reset to a new pin.

Hi, I’m abroad in Spain and I’m unable to access my voicemail because it’s asking for a pin. I’ve never set a pin for my voicemail so I don’t know what it is. I need to access my voicemail urgently so please send me my pin ASAP.
