Voicemail pin - abroad

I’m currently abroad and need to access a voicemail I’ve just received. I can’t access it because I need a pin. 
Can anyone help? Thanks

Sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your voicemail. Can you advise that you set up your mobile to work abroad and have roaming on? You can see more information here.
