Seems a regular issue but trying to access voice messages while in Ireland but requests a pin which I do not think is set.
waited a hour to speak to Virgin support in Ireland who said cannot help with uk Virgin users and had no idea what number I could call - I hope I will not pay for that hour call aside from waste of my time!
can someone help me unlock messages as missed some urgent messages as a result

You will have to wait for one of the team on here. They can set a temporary PIN once you pass account security.
Virgin Ireland is a totally different company to Virgin UK.
