Voicemail notification

Hi,

Ever since getting her new purple SIM card, my mother's had problems with a voicemail notification not disappearing even though she had no voicemail messages.

I've tried turning her voicemail off and back on again, but the moment someone leaves her a message, the icon won't disappear again!

How do I fix this problem?

Thanks

Re: Voicemail notification

Hi Ninko

Welcome to our forum pages and thank you for your post.

We appreciate that this must be frustrating. We'd like to help you with this.

Would you be able to let your mother know that you're going to call her but ask her not to answer?

Could you leave her a voicemail and then ask your mother to listen until the end of the message and then delete it please?

Can you let us know how that goes?

Thank you.

Hi,

I've already tried that, the notification remains!

Re: Voicemail notification

Are you able to try the SIM card in another handset?

Cheers,

Re: Voicemail notification

Hi,

I'm afraid not, no.

I've seen many having this problem so I would doubt it's the SIM card anyway?
