Voicemail not working

Hi

Just discovered my Voicemail not working ie does not activate for incoming calls. Have followed instructions from online "Help" advice and calling Customer Care on 789 ie dialling 222 and switiching off after 20 miins etc etc but still doesn't work.

Any advice welcome please?

I had similar issue this is what i did to solve it

  • Logged into my online virgin account
  • Went to plan and devices tab
  • Scrolled down to the bottom
  • Went to manage my services
  • Scrolled down to voicemail
  • Turned voicemail off
  • Logged out.
  • After 30 minutes repeated steps but turned the voicemail on and logged out
  • After another 10 minutes from my mobile i dialed 222 and that setup my voicemail

Thank you. Sadly, now says there are "technical problems" and I cannot access...

Can make calls, but no data? Check your "Virgin Mobile APN settings"

I have the same problem called to get it enab!e, got the text saying it is on but still not working. I have a galaxy S6.

 Hi. I have a Galaxy 7. Trying to think back to how I resolved... I did a few things, following steps from Virgin and service users... disabled Voicemail on Virgin site, turned it back on and what I think did actually resolve it was when I extended the ring time.

I don't understand why I should have to go through all this rigmarole to get my voicemail working. I  have 3 messages waiting and I can't access them, what are virgin doing?
