Just discovered my Voicemail not working ie does not activate for incoming calls. Have followed instructions from online "Help" advice and calling Customer Care on 789 ie dialling 222 and switiching off after 20 miins etc etc but still doesn't work.
Hi. I have a Galaxy 7. Trying to think back to how I resolved... I did a few things, following steps from Virgin and service users... disabled Voicemail on Virgin site, turned it back on and what I think did actually resolve it was when I extended the ring time.
