Voicemail from abroad

Dear Virgin Mobile team, 

when I try to reach my voicemail from abroad, I am asked to enter my PIN. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Pin. I logged into my account to find out where I had to creat a PIN but couldn’t. Tried a few numbers but my voicemail gets locked after two failed attempts. Can you help with that please!?
