Voicemail abroad

Hi. I have received voicemails whilst abroad and cannot access them as I do not have a PIN set up. None of the 'standard' PINs work. Please advise me asap.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your voicemail pin, I would be happy to look into this further for you but would need to send over a private message, so that we can get you through account security and get a new pin for you.

Thanks for confirming your information @Josh1986.

 

I have now reset your voicemail pin and you will be sent the new pin will be sent to you via text message in the next few minutes.

 

Please let me know if you have any further issues after you receive the new pin.
