Voicemail Notification

This occurred yesterday after I deleted the only message I had. Tried forced reset, no joy.

I don’t want to factory reset the phone as it would be too costly regards historical information on the phone.

Ive seen the thread that states “replacement of SIM by Virgin” ?

Can anyone help ?

Hi Spambhoy, 

We're sorry you're having an issue with a Voicemail notification although you don't have any, this can be annoying. 

Are you able to confirm your handset make and model? 

Have you tried leaving yourself a Voicemail and then deleting it to see if this removes the notification?

It’s an Apple iPhone 13.
