Voice mail from abroad

My can't access his voice mail from abroad (Austria). He has not set up a pin. Any help?

Hey LizAver, thank you for confirming this.

Normally this needs to set up before you go overseas however I will give this a go to try and get it back up and running I just can't promise anything.
