Voice data incoming calls not working

Hi.  I am overseas, my incoming calls don't ring,  can't access my voicemail,  789 not working,  can't call virgin,  to help me,  seems everything is failed.  Please help

Hi.  Two weeks ago you told me you were sending me a new SIM to my billing address,  as yet I have still not received the SIM.  I did a check of my account today and have a look at my address to see it was correct on my profile,  however I did look at my paperless  bills and it's a old address which you have not contacted now I am a lost as my service just seems to go from very bad to worse,  please advise as to what the hell is going on.
