I'm a previous Vodafone customer now on Virgin Mobile SIMO. VoLTE worked previously for me on Vodafone.
I've noticed my network now drops to 3G/H+ when on a voice call.
I understand VoLTE is supported on Virgin Mobile and I have it enabled in my settings.
My device is S21+ 5G.
Any advice?

Thanks, I have contacted customer service by WhatsApp and it is now enabled.
It is bizarre that this is not enabled by default for new customers.
