There is no VoLTE support on Virgin UK mobile :-(

Currently no EE MVNOs have VoLTE support, I'm fairly sure there's only one UK MVNO that has 4G calling, it's very much something you have to go to a network directly if you want this facility.

Yeah that one isn't exactly setting a precedent seeing as it's the owner. 

On 3 carphone warehouse's ID mobile has volte and WiFi calling for selected handsets (iPhones and Samsung 7 onwards at least).

My main line is 3. They seem to be pushing out their VoLTE offering. According to their blurb its only on 800MHz (but that's quite old) Definitely working with me in my locality on Band 3 1800MHz
