Except the number I received it on was transferred to GiffGaff in December. The link in the email goes to Virginmobile login, so not phishing. My old accounts show £0 due.
Either someone else has linked their account to my old number, or Virgin has re-allocated it?

Just so I know I'm following you correctly, can you confirm that you cancelled this mobile number? If yes, how and when please?
