"Your bill this month is £54.76. To keep using your device as usual, please go to virginmobile.co.uk/youraccount or call us on 789 to set up your Direct Debit."

Except the number I received it on was transferred to GiffGaff in December. The link in the email goes to Virginmobile login, so not phishing. My old accounts show £0 due. 

Either someone else has linked their account to my old number, or Virgin has re-allocated it?

Just so I know I'm following you correctly, can you confirm that you cancelled this mobile number? If yes, how and when please?
