Reception and data in st helens, no full data for 2 weeks and signal

Drops in and out all day long

We are so sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your signal, can I ask if this is just when you are at home or when you are also out and about?

Virgin use O2 for signal so check here for problems

Also consider using WiFi Calling when at home

Hi I got through to virgin having work done till 10 Feb so will be disruptive at times not good for me as I use it for work.

We are so sorry to hear that there is ongoing work @Mark86 but the teams will do all they can to resolve this for you and everyone effected. 

 

Are you able to let us know how things are looking after the 10th?
