I've been trying to register/recover my details for the virgin mobile site. I just keep getting led round circles of screens. Filling in the Capature screens is driving me crazy and no amount of filling in my phone number, email addresses or postcodes seems to make any difference. After 2 lots of waiting for the help line (once with duff info that didn't work, once "accidently" cut off when it seemed to difficult to sort) I'm resorting to the forum to help
Can anybody please suggest what I may be doing wrong or how to actually get a sensible response from the virgin mobile website?
