Virgin mobile order parked

Hello my recent virgin mobile sim only order is showing as parked. I have received an email saying I will be contacted by customer services but have not. I have been unable to get through to your customer service phoneline and the text service has not been able to help. I want to get this sorted ASAP. Thanks

I,m having similar problems with ordering a SIM card, did you manage to get it sorted out? I,m tempted to look elsewhere

Hi, well I placed the order on 30th January around 5pm. Nobody has been in touch with me as yet though my contact details should be available as I,m already a customer for tv/broadband.  I have a reference number if it’s any help: 100000615014771
