Virgin mobile issue

Just recently settled an outstanding bill. Waiting for my mobile to be reconnected but it is still not back on even after a restart. Can't ring virgin as my home phone is not working either. I need the resolved a.s.a.p! Thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forums,thank you for your first post.

It can take up to 24 hours for your services to be reconnected after the overdue balance has been settled, but usually happens much quicker than this.

Have you been able to check your online account to see if it reflects this?

Yes it is reflected on my account. Balance shows as zero.
