I've received a sim as part of my ultimate oomph bundle however the registration system seems to be incredibly slow in sending out email registration codes.

 

Tried resending multiple times, each time waiting 10+ minutes and nothing. I did receive 2 codes in a row via email when attempting at 6pm though they arrived and I saw them after the 30 minute timeout.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues registering your Sim, I appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

Are you able to re send another code to see if this arrives before the 30 minute timeout? 

 

Please also check your spam/junk folders.

Disregarding the username mishap, I've just submit for another verification as of 20:49 and will record the time of email arrival... If at all

I've responded to the PM confirming I'm the account holder etc. I haven't heard anything back. What's the progress on this please?
