The Virgin Mobile app on my phone has been like this for 2 days now. Is there something going on? I can't find anything on the website about maintenance.
Have reset the app, cleared data, etc..
The mobile app is down for at least a few of us - could be everyone?.
Looks like maintenance went on at the weekend and the app has suffured from it.
Really sorry about any issues with our mobile app recently.
This should be sorted but if you're still having an issue can you let me know so I can ensure this is passed on.
