Virgin media connect app

Hi, my virgin media connect app keeps trying to find my hub and then says hub not found, if uninstalled app and reinstalled app and it's the hub3 I'm using, can anyone assist?

Thanks for posting - sorry to hear of the Connect App issues. 

Please PIN reset the router for me https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/reboot-or-reset-hub - followed by deleting the app and any profiles. Then re-add the app and this should fix it for you. Let me know how you get on.

Make sure you don't have any active VPNs and are connected to the VM WiFi, if it still fails the app has a scan option in which you can scan the bottom of the Hub (I believe) or manually enter in the Mac ID of the Hub located under it to which it will/should connect/recognise it correctly.


** I work for VirginMedia but all opinions posted here are my own.

Hi, I don't have any VPN and usually it does let you scan but for some funny reason the app ain't letting me do that and seems to try find the router itself which is weird.

The reboot didn't work for me, and the app still can't connect to the Hub
