Anyone else been upgraded and totally conned by the sales person??
Just renewed 2 contracts (3 years) on the strict understanding we stayed with ee. Assured not a problem…
Now switched to vodafone and there’s no signal or 4g of any use whatsoever!
Been lied to comprehensively!!

As they are new contracts over the phone the 14 day cooling off period applies so you can leave.
As to staying on EE the move to Vodafone has been on the cards for 2 years, so no excuses

Welcome! Thanks for posting.
I am so sorry that you are not happy with your new contract.
We have customers migrating over to Vodaphone at the moment, this contract change would of triggered this migration.
Have you had a new Sim sent out?

I don’t think your getting the point Hayley…
The main term of the new contract was that ee supplies the connection as vodafone does NOT work the 4g data is shockingly bad.
The sales person absolutely lied saying it would…to make a sale..,,,
