Virgin Mobile number port inbound, 3 days without service and counting.

Just joined

I can make calls and send texts on the number, but not receive them - it seems like the port has partially occurred.

Does anyone have advice on how to escalate this? All I get from customer service is to keep waiting.

I cannot port my number out as it has not completed at VM.
