I can make calls and send texts on the number, but not receive them - it seems like the port has partially occurred.
Does anyone have advice on how to escalate this? All I get from customer service is to keep waiting.
I cannot port my number out as it has not completed at VM.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, what I would like to do to look into this for you is invite you in for a quick private message, if you have not used this feature before you can access it via the envelope at the top of your screen.
