Virgin Mobile inbound calls going to voicemail

Since last night all inbound calls are going to voicemail. I can call other people and SMS is working following a restart. Really frustrating.

Hi,I’m also having same problems since yesterday.can’t receive voice calls or texts,I can send texts and make calls but connot receive,only through WhatsApp.

I put my sim into another phone (as advised) and it said network locked. I put it back into my J5 and tested and it's working again. I've seen in the forum a number of others having issues.
