Virgin Mobile - data exhausted alert error

Logged in to my account and I got a the shock of my life when the home page said I have run out of data. 

On the statements I couldn't find where I may have used such an amount of data (40gb), So called their support line and I was told this was a glitch in their system.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I'm sorry to hear of this happening but glad that you have had this confirmed that its a system issue not that you have used all of your data. Please let us know, if you have any further issues.
